Veronica C. Gonzales, LLP

Veronica is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) at Juniper Family Law, where she provides client-focused representation in Family Law matters. With more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, she focuses on helping clients resolve issues efficiently and respectfully outside of court. Her practice includes divorce, parental responsibilities, child support, and other domestic relations matters, guided by compassion, practicality, and professionalism.

Her passion for the law began early in her career while working alongside attorneys who represented families and juveniles in need of advocacy and support. Those formative experiences shaped her commitment to helping clients navigate the legal system with clarity and confidence. After many years as a paralegal in Juvenile Law, Family Law, and Workers’ Compensation defense, she became part of Colorado’s inaugural class of Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals in 2024, marking a new chapter in in her career and helping to expand access to justice.

Veronica believes that most families benefit from collaborative, solutions-based approaches rather than adversarial litigation. Her goal is to help clients reach fair, sustainable agreements that minimize conflict and preserve relationships.

In addition to her practice, she serves as Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s LLP Committee, Co-Chair of the Denver Bar Association’s LLP Division, and is an active member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
